This is a reissue of the Walter Crane Picture Books originally issued in 1874. This larger format has covers and endpapers by Crane along with the full page color illustrations which incorporate the text of the old nusery rhyme. The illustrations are printed on one side of the page only. A beautiful copy of a beautiful book which is scarce in this format.
